Terms and Conditions for Membership Registration
By registering for membership with the Australian Ghanaian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AGCCI), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- No Refunds: All membership registrations are final. Once payment has been processed and membership confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or entity.
- Membership Benefits: Membership benefits commence upon receipt of payment and confirmation of membership status. Members are entitled to benefits as outlined in the AGCCI membership documentation.
- Termination: AGCCI reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion if a member violates any of the Chamber’s policies or brings the Chamber into disrepute. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Terms and Conditions for Event and Conference Registrations
By registering for events or conferences organized by the Australian Ghanaian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AGCCI), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Refund Deduction: In the event of a cancellation by the registrant, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. The remaining 10% of the full price of the event will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
- Cancellation Notice: To qualify for a refund (minus the administrative fee), cancellation requests must be received in writing by AGCCI at least 30 days before the event date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event.
- Non-Transferable Registration: Event and conference registrations are non-transferable. Substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of AGCCI but must be requested in writing and approved by AGCCI.
- Event Changes: AGCCI reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, and venue.
